Thai Style Stir Fry

200g chicken, pork,  beef  or  firm tofu thinly sliced

300g stir fry vegetables of your choice

1 thumb sized piece of ginger , peeled and finely sliced

1 clove garlic finely sliced

oil for stir frying, 1 tbsp 

2 heaping tsp Deelicious Stir Fry Spice Rub

100ml soy sauce

splash fish sauce ( optional ) 

splash lime juice

splash sesame oil

2 tsp Deelicious Classic or Habanero Chilli Jam

Combine in a bowl the soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sesame oil , Chilli Jam and  the Spice Rub.  Set aside whilst you get your wok scorching hot and add the oil,  ginger and meat or tofu.  Stir Fry until cooked. Add your veggies and stir fry for a few more minutes.  Add the sauce your have made up and continue to stir fry for 1 more minute until everything is piping hot.  Serve garnished with coriander ... or not.
